Quardricos Bernard Driskell is a dynamic leader at the intersection of policy, advocacy, and academia, committed to driving meaningful change across sectors. Prior to joining Lobbyit, Driskell advised C-suite executives from the nation’s top hospital health systems on federal policy at The Health Management Academy. As Vice President of Public Policy and Government Affairs at the Autoimmune Association, he united diverse stakeholders around patient-first initiatives, advancing critical healthcare reforms.

A seasoned legislative strategist, Driskell played a pivotal role in drafting and passing the Veterans’ Prostate Cancer Treatment and Research Act of 2020, working alongside Reps. Neal Dunn, MD (R-FL-02) and Joe Cunningham (D-SC-1) to deliver vital healthcare advancements for veterans. His advocacy work has earned him numerous accolades, including the Top Lobbyist award from the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics (NILE) and multiple appearances on The Hill’s Top Lobbyists list.

Beyond Capitol Hill, Driskell serves as a reverend and an adjunct professor at George Washington University, where he challenges graduate students to explore the intersections of race, religion, and American politics.
