About Victoria Chege
Victoria Chege is the most recent addition to the Lobbyit team, joining in 2026 as the Government Relations Coordinator. She brings a diverse background in public health, with experience in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and government operations, across federal agencies, research institutions, and consulting. Through these experiences she developed a strong ability to translate complex issues in the policy and regulatory landscape into clear, actionable insights for clients and senior leadership.
Prior to joining Lobbyit, Victoria served as a Management and Program Analyst at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), where she conducted policy and regulatory reviews, ensuring clinical compliance with federal standards to improve the quality of care for patients. She also worked as a Policy Analyst at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Pathways Program, conducting economic analysis of humanitarian aid to improve bilateral relationships. Earlier in her career, she supported emerging science, technology, and innovation programs at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
Victoria holds a Master of Public Health (MPH), with a concentration in Health Policy and Management from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, with a minor in Chemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University. She resides in Northern Virginia, where she enjoys trying new recipes and crocheting in her free time.
